Introduction | No Prior Experience Required This in-person Rhino 3D training course provides an accelerated introduction to Rhinoceros 3D (Rhino 8), taught by an authorized Rhino instructor in Atlanta, Georgia. Participants gain a strong foundation in 3D modeling and CAD design using Rhino 8 for Windows. Ideal for beginners and professionals seeking hands-on Rhino 3D workshops in the Southeast USA. To maximize results, practice between sessions and review the Rhino Help file or reference manual for extra guidance. Duration Class is 24 hour of instruction held over a 2 week period. Classes are given on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings from 6:00 to 8:00pm and Saturday from 9:00am to 4:00pm with a 1 hour lunch break on Saturday. Cost $850 Course Objectives By the end of this course, participants will be able to: -Navigate and utilize the Rhino user interface -Customize the modeling environment -Create basic graphic objects such as lines, circles, arcs, curves, solids, and surfaces -Model with precision using coordinate input, object snaps, and SmartTrack tools -Modify curves and surfaces using edit commands and Gumball -Use control point editing to refine curves and surfaces -Analyze models for accuracy and integrity -Display and manage different views of a model -Import and export models across multiple file formats -Render models using Rhino Render -Add dimensions and annotations -Use Layouts to arrange model views for printing Additional Information This Rhino 3D beginner course is a small, interactive class (maximum six students) ensuring personalized attention. The instructor is available before and after class and for questions between sessions via email. Equipment required – A laptop, a two-button scroll mouse, and Rhino 8 or the Rhino 8 evaluation version (valid for 90 days) installed Attendance & Course Pace This is a fast-paced, in-person Rhino 3D course designed to build skills progressively each session. Participants are expected to attend all scheduled classes. Missed sessions cannot be retaken, rescheduled, or made up. Please ensure you are able to attend every class before enrolling.
