Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that schedules can change. Please review the following policy before registering.
Participant Cancellations

More than 7 days before the first session:
-
Full refund or transfer to a future session (subject to availability).

After start of first session:
-
50% refund or credit toward a future class within 6 months.

After 2 sessions or no-shows:
-
No refunds or credits will be issued.

Transfers & Substitutions
If you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to another participant at no additional cost. Please notify us at least 24 hours before class with the new participant’s name and contact details.
Cancellations by Instructor or Organizer

If a class must be canceled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, all registered participants will be offered either:

A full refund, or
-
The option to transfer to a future session at no additional cost.
Participants will be notified as early as possible of any changes
